Grassroots Clubs and Community Support
This year 26 grassroots clubs and youth services applied to deliver the anti-racism message during FARE fortnight, which is up from 18 last year. It is expected these activities will involve a total of 2,300 people in actions throughout the country. Among those involved are the Carlow and Kerry District Leagues and also the Late Night League in Dublin. Activities that will happen include Anti Racism World Cup tournaments, inter youth service matches and games between travellers and non-travellers all working to promote integration through our game’.
