First Week of November Uneven Results:

Moriartys Centra Under 11 Div 1:

Killarney Celtic 1-8 Killorglin

Inter Kenmare 6-0 Iveragh United.

Inter Kenmare have taken over at the top of the Division following their 6-0 win against Iveragh United. Tom Looney, Donal O’Sullivan and James Connell each scored two goals to move Inter onto 9 points, moving ahead of Ballyhar who were in National Cup action.

Killorglin were too strong for Killarney Celtic B and go level with Ballyhar on 7 points. Padraig Cronin, Conor  Standen, Kealon Cahill, Aaron McCarthy, Dylan O’Sullivan, Daniel Cronin, Gary Mathews and Jonathan Kissane all scored in the victory.

Division 2:

There was only one fixture in this Division with Listowel Celtic B defeating Division leaders Castleisland 3-2. Tom Diggin got 2 plus an OG saw Listowel Celtic move into a three way tie at the top on six points.

Division 3:

Killarney Celtic C are now unbeaten in four games and are at the top of the table on 12 points following their 4-1 win over Inter Kenmare B.

Killorglin B and Camp B played out a 3-3 draw with was unusual as there were only two scorers! Ian McGillicuddy hit three for Killorglin with Jimmy Grady replying with three of his own for Camp.

Killarney Athletic B 1-2 Killarney Celtic B

Park 5-2 Killorglin

Kingdom Boys B 3-1 Listowel Celtic C.

Killarney Celtic B are undefeated in the League and are now on fifteen points and well clear at the top of the table. But they were pushed all the way by their cross town neighbours. Eamon Lavin hit both goals for the Hoops.

Behind Celtic this is a very tight Division with Park now in second place on nine points following their 5-2 win over Killorglin. Danny O’Reilly hit 3 and Karl Mullins 2 in their victory.

Kingdom Boys B’s 3-1 win over Listowel Celtic C sees them on 7 points, one ahead of Athletic. Eamon Sheehy, Aaron O’Keeffe and Darcy O’Sullivan all scored for the Tralee team. Savanah McCarthy was Listowel’s scorer.

Killarney Plaza Under 15 Premier:

Kingdom Boys 2-3 Dingle Bay Rovers:

Dingle Bay Rovers took the three points back west after the defeated Kingdom Boys 3-2 in Tralee. Fiach Lynch 2 and Mathew Flaherty scored for Dingle Bay.

Under 15 Div 1:

Clanmaurice 2-0 Kingdom Boys:

Clanmaurice added three points to their total as took the spoils 2-0 over Kingdom Boys.

Dante’s Under 16 Div 1:  

Iveragh United 8-1 Ballyhar:

Iveragh United took the opportunity to move to the top of the table with a win over a Ballyhar side that was weakened on the day. David O’Sullivan hit a hat trick, James O’Connor 2 and Dara Scanlon, Jake Kennedy and Kevin Curran one each for the South Kerry side.

Girls Under 14 League:

Listowel Celtic were much too strong for Killarney Celtic in what turned into a one sided contest on the score-board, although to be fair to the Killarney girls they did really try against superior opposition. Savanah McCarthy scored her second of the day, having already scored for the Boys Under 13 team, and her goal was added to by goals from Niamh Crowley, Aoife Kennedy, Rebecca Horgan, Aoife Sheehan and Megan O’Connor.
