Reports:
Gaynor Group games continue:
The Kerry Gaynor Cup 13’s and 15’s sides continued their Group games and the build-up to the semi-final of the competition they qualify for.
Both squads have continued to improve all season to the delight of their coaches and today the 13’s took a very good win over the visitors Limerick District. The game was scoreless at the break but Kerry continued to dominate and got their reward when Laura Falvey and Naoishe O’Donoghue hit the net to give Kerry the win and the three points in the Group.
The Kerry 15’s put in a great effort in a game that went down to the wire but it was the Limerick County side that snatched the win with a last minute strike.
Both Kerry squads finish their Group phase with a trip to Cork on the weekend of 13th and 14th.
