In the rearranged 16’s National Cup Round 3 there was no luck for Killarney Athletic as they went out 4-1 at home to Burren Celtic. Dylan O’Sullivan was the Athletic goal scorer.

JK Sports Premier:

Leaders Killarney Celtic are now unbeaten in their four league games adding their latest three points thanks to a 4-1 win over Listowel Celtic. Michael Devlin and Owen Moynihan both got one each with Jack Hanrahan netting 2 while Ray Collins replied for Listowel Celtic.

Second placed Park A kept the gap to a single point thanks to a 6-2 win over neighbours Kingdom Boys A. Mike Slattery and Gearoid Sheehan both got 2 with Niall Sertuxta and Gearoid Fitzgerald getting one each.

Mastergeeha will be happy with their win which gets them off the mark for the season. A Daniel O’Sullivan hat trick, 2 from David Towmey and one from Niall O’Connor saw the Kilbrean side defeat Killarney Athletic 6-1.

12’s Division 1:

Killarney Celtic B have now won 6 from 6 and lead the way by 5 points after a 5-0 win over Listowel Celtic B. Jack Cahillane got 2 with Darren Looney, Conor Lucey and Pierce Lyne Roberts all getting one each.

The two sides closest to Celtic had contrasting results. Inter Kenmare were too strong for Camp winning 8-1 thanks to two each from Donal O’Sullivan and Daniel Casey and one each from Boki Nikic, Dylan O’Connor, Mark Looney and Tom Murnane.

Killorglin have leap-frogged Park B and moved onto 12 points thanks to a 4-1 win over the same opposition. Ian McGillicuddy hit a hat trick with Darragh O’Connor getting the fourth while Dean Scanlon got the goal for the Park.

Killarney Celtic C and Fenit played out an eight goal cracker with the sides sharing the points. For Celtic Kieran O’Connor was on fire netting a hat trick while Daniel Talbot got the fourth. Kieran Murray got two for Fenit with Kian Donnellan and Jason Mortimer getting the other goals.

Daly’s Supervalu 13’s Div 2:

There was one uneven game played with Killorglin B defeating Killarney Athletic B 3-1 to move level with them and Listowel Celtic, just behind leaders Killarney Celtic B.

O’Callaghan’s Coaches 14’s Premier:

Killarney Celtic have moved to the top of this Division on their own as co-leaders Kingdom Boys weren’t in action. Mikey Moynihan got two for Celtic and Conor McCarthy the third to move the Hoops onto 10 points.

Listowel Celtic are now on 6 points thanks to a 3-0 win over Park with their goals coming from Cathal Kennedy 2 and Michael Foley.

Dean Fitzgerald got the only goal to give Mastergeeha the three points in a 1-0 win over Fenit.

Division 1 North:

Only one game went ahead here with Camp moving level on six point alongside Asdee and Killorglin B. These sides are three points behind leaders Ballyhar.

Division 1 South:

Iveragh United and Killorglin A closed the gap on Inter Kenmare to three points thanks to wins over Killarney Celtic B and Mastergeeha. Caoilte Purcell, Conor Standon and Dylan O’Sullivan were all on the mark for Killorglin while goals from Darren Casey 2 and Niall Brennan gave Iveragh the points.

16’s Premier:

Leaders Killarney Celtic weren’t in action and The Park took full advantage to join them at the top of the table thanks to a 4-1 win over Asdee with Geroge Carneige 2, Adam O’Rourke and Fionn Coakley all scoring. Darragh Murphy replied for Asdee.

Fenit missed the chance to join the sides at the top going down 2-0 to Killorglin thanks to goals from Tommy Cahill and Aidan Cox.

In Div 1 leaders Park B were beaten 2-0 by Mastergeeha thanks to 2 goals from Chris White. Castlemaine took full advantage to go top of the table as they fired on all cylinders to defeat Iveragh 8-1. 3 from Kieran Griffin, 2 each from Cathal O’Connor and John O’Sullivan and one each from Gavin Horan and Joe Clifford sees them lead by a point.

Ballyhar are right in contention and only three points behind the leaders as they won 3-2 at Listowel. William Courtney 2 and Conal Buckley gave Ballyhar the points while Damien Corridan and Bill O’Flynn were the Listowel Celtic scorers.
