The League is have a very good season in the National Cups with 3 teams through to the Last 32 and a number of other only one win away.
Following Listowel Celtic’s 12’s who qualified for the Open Draw – which takes place on December 14th – Killorglin’s 13’s booked their place with a 4-0 win in the all Kerry clash with Kingdom Boys. Dylan O’Neill, Garroid Hassett, Jack O’Connor and Gary Murphy were the scorers.
Unfortunately The Park went out going down 1-0 to Nenagh whose goalkeeper was man of the match!
In the 16’s it was a case of 2 out of 3 going through. Kingdom Boys are into the hat after a 2-0 win at home to Charleville. Dillon Robinson and Patrick Roche were the scorers.
Killarney Celtic travelled to Aisling Annacotty for the second time and after knocking out the B team the last time they were pushed all the way by the A’s. It was 3 all after full time but a goal in each half of extra time saw Celtic through.
Michael Potts scored twice with David Clifford, Cian Gammell and Fintan Campion getting the others.
Hopefully next weekend we will get a number of other teams through.

Moriarty’s Centra 11’s:
There were wins for Killarney Celtic A over Kingdom Boys while Killorglin and The Park A drew in Group 1. Group 2 saw Park B overcome Killorglin B, Camp A getting the better of Mastergeeha and Listowel Celtic B getting the better of the battle of the Celtics with a win at Celtic Park.
Group 3 also saw Listowel Celtic C just get the better of Killarney Celtic C, Camp B overcoming Camp B and Killorglin winning at home to Park C.
Daly’s Supervalu 13 Premier:
Killarney Celtic continue to wait for Limerick FC‘s participation in the National Cup to be sorted they continue to remain unbeaten in the 13 Premier Division. In this game Ryan Kelliher was in unstoppable form netting 4 and his team mates Dara Moynihan, Patrick Darcy, Jared Barton and Niall McGillicuddy all scored one each.
13’s Division 1:
Killarney Athletic’s win over table toppers St Bernard’s in Woodlawn has seen this Division really tighten up. The North Kerry side continue to lead the way on 15 points but Athletic are now only 3 points behind thanks to a 4-0 win. Ian Prendergast, Liam Kelliher and 2 from Tadgh Doolin sees Athletic moving onto 12 points with a game in hand.
Inter Kenmare just got the better of Ballyhar at Murt Scott Park to also move onto 12 points and also have a game in hand over the leaders. Mark Looney, Cian O’Connor and Colin Crowley were Inter’s scorers in a 3-2 win.
Killarney Celtic B kept pace with those above them after they defeated Listowel Celtic B 4-2 away. Daniel O’Sullivan, David Cantillon and Adam Kissane were the Killarney Celtic scorers.
13’s Division 2:
Both the joint leaders in this Division had big wins. Camp defeated Asdee while Sean McGrath 3, Tadgh O’Connell, Michael Fogarty, Kevin Goulding and Michael Nolan all scored as Listowel Celtic C were too strong for Killarney Celtic C. Both the winners are now 15 points with Camp have played 5 games to Celtic’s 6.
In the battle of the two sides who started the day in joint third place was won by the Park B who made the most of their trip to Fenit. TJ McMahon, Tony Duggan, Karl Dziedziuch and Samson Ayavi were the scorers.
Killorglin B also won on the road bringing the three points home from Kingdom Boys B. Jack Griffin, Dara McKeffery, Jack Evans, Ruairi Murphy and Gabriel Griffin all got goals.
Killarney Plaza 15’s:
Listowel Celtic were the winners of the only game in the 15 Premier Division. They defeated Park A in Tralee in a game where both sides needed the points.
Camp continues to be one of the few unbeaten teams in the League and are unbeaten and top of the 15’s Division 1. Cathal Ferriter hit a hat trick which was added to by Joe Saunders, Jimmy O’Grady, Micheal Scanlon and Cillian Hennessy in a 7-0 win.
Killorglin are also unbeaten from their 5 to move onto 15 points, 6 behind Camp but with a game in hand. Gary Mathews took the match ball with 3, Dylan O’Sullivan hit 2 and Cian O’Shea, Mark O’Connor and Padraig Cronin one each.
Killarney Athletic A had goals from Adam Dennehy, Blake Bolster from the penalty spot and a first ever from Sean Boyne gave them the points in their clash with Inter Kenmare.
Listowel Celtic B also moved up the table thanks to the 3 points they got from their home tie against Athletic B. Michael Kirby was on fire for the North Kerry side helping himself to 4 with Jack Boland and Darragh Behan scoring for them.
Mark Fennell, Conor Quirke and Ethan Fleming got the goals for Athletic B.
2 from Cian Bradley and Daniel Cronin gave Castlemaine the points in their home tie with the Park B.
Tralee Trophy World 16’s:
In Division 1 Castleisland will be happy with their 5-1 home win over Park C. John McMahon 3 and Matt Brown 2 were the scorers for the winners.
Killarney Athletic and Listowel Celtic played a double header at 13’s and 16’s with the North Kerry girls getting the wins in two tight encounters. In the 13’s Caoimhe Spillane 2 and Kate Hudson the other in a 3-1 win with Ellen Coffey replying for Athletic.
Shannon Sheehy hit 2 and Leah Henry the third in the 16’s game which were just enough for Listowel Celtic to take the points as Linda Brugener scored twice for the home side.
