National Cup:

Killarney Celtic have qualified for the Last 32 of the Under 13 National Cup with very good 5-2 win over St Michaels. Celtic started much the brighter and were 4-1 in front by half time. Evan Cronin got two, one from the penalty spot and Michael McCarthy also got 2. In the second half Ciaran Spillane added a fifth before St Michaels pulled one back for the home side.  Celtic are at home to Malahide in the Last 32.

Moriartys Centra Premier:

Leaders Killarney Celtic were too string for the Park in a game played under lights on Tuesday night. Casper Malinoski top scored with three, Mark Harnett hit 2 and Luke O’Donoghue added the last.

The Park were in action again on Saturday going down 4-2 to Mastergeeha. Brian Brosnan and Sean Rice put the home side 2-0 up before Evan Murphy hit two for the Park to level the scores. However 2 from James Nagle gave the Kilbrean side all three points.

Division 1:

With Inter and Ballyhar not playing the two sides in joint third place met in Caherciveen and it was Killorglin who took the points defeating Iveragh United 8-3. Alan McCarthy scored 4, John Kissane 2 and one each from Conor Spellman and Keelin Spillane for Killorglin while Pierce McGIll, Stephen O’Connor and Oisin Moran were on the mark for Iveragh.

Div 2:

Leaders Fenit were too strong for an improving Behy Rovers side and took the points on a 10-4 score-line. Sean Donnellan had a day to remember hitting 6. Their other goals came from Eoghan McElligott 2, Cormac O’Brien and Alan McElligott. For Behy Darren O’Shea hit 2 with one each from Leighton McGillicuddy and  Tommy Quirke.

Second placed Castleisland kept the gap to three points with a 2-1 win over Asdee. Josh O’Regan scored for the home side while two goals from Eddie Horan were enough to give Castleisland the three points.

Div 3:

Killarney Celtic are top of the table here and were 4-1 winners over Park B. Celtic’s goals came from Eoin Moynihan, Lee Downing and Dillon Leen Fitzgerald while Phil Maunsell replied for The Park.

Camp are in second and added another three points to their total winning 10-4 at home to Killorglin. Jimmy O’Grady became the second player of the weekend to hit a double hat trick while Michael Scanlon added the other 4.

Daly’s Supervalu Under 13 Premier:

With leaders Killarney Celtic in National Cup action the Park tool full advantage to move two points clear at the top of the table after defeating Kingdom Boys 4-1. Darren Savage got Kingdom Boys goal from the penalty spot.

Div 1:

Ballyhar lead the way here and took the point’s home from their trip to joint second placed Mastergeeha winning 2-0. William Courtney and Oisin Fleming got the goals for Ballyhar.

Amazingly, the other side who were joint second at the start of the day, Camp, also lost, going down 6-4 at home to Inter Kenmare. Goals from Brandon Boyle, Jack Nix, Owen Curry and Tadgh Horan were not enough for Camp to take anything from the game.

Killorglin were the big movers as they are now into second as two goals from Dean George gave them a 2-0 away win at Fenit.

Div 2:

Killarney Celtic’s unbeaten league run is over as they lost 3-2 away to Park who move into second place on their own. Hubert Dziedzic got both for Celtic. The Park move onto 15 points with Celtic still top on 21.

Kingdom Boys move into third place as they defeated Killarney Athletic  2-1. Dara Lowth and Eamon Sheehy were on the mark for Kingdom Boys with David Harnett replying for Athletic.

Listowel Celtic B also added three points to their total with a 6-2 win over Killorglin B. Ashley Kelliher, Dara Brennan, Pa Holly and Eamon Downey scored for the home side with Neil Cronin and Aidan O’Sullivan replying for Killorglin.

Killarney Plaza Under 15 Premier:

The Park won the Tralee derby and moved closer to the two sides above them following a Greg Horan hat-trick, one of which came from the penalty spot.

Div 1:

Camp lead the division following their 4-1 win at Killorglin. Jonathan Deane, Dean Finnegan and Brandon Hoare were on the mark for Camp while Shane Mangan replied for Killorglin.

Killarney Athletic took the three points in their 5-2 win at The Park. Dylan Sheehan, Denis O’Sullivan, Ciaran Murphy, John Brennan and Quinn Breen scored the goals for the Killarney side.

Dante’s Under 16 Div 1:

St Bernard’s will be very happy with the results of this re-arranged game as they defeated joint leaders Iveragh 3-1. David Collins, Brendan O’Leary and Stephen Egan were the scorers for St Bernards.

Girls Under 14 League:

Listowel Celtic were 2-0 winners over Mastergeeha and continue to lead the Division. Killarney Celtic were the other winners defeating Camp 3-1. Celtic ‘s scorers were Melissa Buckley, Susan Kelliher and Niamh Carney while Katie Ferriter replied for Camp.
