Northern Ireland and Ipswich amongst Kerry’s opponents at Galway Cup:
 
Over 50 teams will take part in the 11th Macron Galway Cup which takes place in Salthill Devon’s Grounds from August 5th to 8th.
 
Kerry have teams in the u15’s and in the u13’s Boys and Elite Section.
In the u15’s Kerry are in a group with Ipswich Town, Ballymoor and South Dublin Football League.
Kerry play Ipswich Town on Wednesday at 11.50, South Dublin at 5.55pm and Balymoor on Thursday at 1pm.
The playoffs, semi finals and finals take place on Friday and Saturday.
 
The u13 Elite squad are in one of two 5 team groups. They kick off agaisnt Kildare on Wednesday at 7.05pm and have two games on Thursday – 9.30am v Athlone and 3.35pm v Northern Ireland at 3.35pm. They round off their Group games against Carlow on Friday at 9.30am. Playoffs, semi finals and finals are on Friday afternoon and Saturday.
 
The u13 Boys play Carlow and South Dublin in their Group games. They kick off against Carlow on Wednesday at 2.25pm and play the South Dublin League on Thursday at 7.05pm.
Playoffs, semi finals and finals are on Friday and Saturday.
 
The squads are continuing their preperations under head coaches Padraig McCannon (u13’s) and Pat Carmody with the 15’s and the players are fundraising for the tournament so all support will be greatly appreciated.
